Furnished labor, materials, equipment and supervision to demo & renovated various of military barracks and office buildings located on the base. Demolition & Renovations includes removal/installation of metal framing, drywall, acoustic ceiling, doors, floors, ceramic tile, painting and some concrete work. Demolition materials and dust were contained by water mist, micro trap machines and working area was sealed by 6 mil polyethylene.

Furnished labor, materials, equipment and supervision for lead abatement remediation. Chemically removed and disposed of lead-based paint in effective areas in 104 apartment units. All waste materials were sealed in two polyethylene bags to transport to approve landfill site.
