Furnished labor, materials, equipment and supervision to demo & renovated various of military barracks and office buildings located on the base. Demolition & Renovations includes removal/installation of metal framing, drywall, acoustic ceiling, doors, floors, ceramic tile, painting and some concrete work. Demolition materials and dust were contained by water mist, micro trap machines and working area was sealed by 6 mil polyethylene.

Furnished labor, materials, equipment and supervision to remove all lead paint located in effective city homes. Remove lead components and replace with non-lead such as windows, window seals, doors, door casings, floors, stairs etc. Wet scape stabilizes and cleaned homes using an approved HEPA vacuum. All waste materials were sealed in two polyethylene bags to transport to approved landfill site.
